All documentation submitted during the pre-approval process is assumed to be true and correct, as declared by the person completing the form.

Our vetting process focuses on assessing the tenant’s risk profile, not verifying the authenticity or correctness of the documents provided.

If any documentation is later found to have been altered, falsified, or incomplete, the claim may be suspended and even rejected once the Insurer has completed its review.

It remains the responsibility of the landlord or agent to ensure that all tenant documentation is genuine, accurate, and complete before submission.
This distinction protects both landlords and the Insurer, ensuring compliance with Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles and maintaining the integrity of the insurance process.
